We want you to love your artwork. Here is how shipping works and what happens if something goes wrong.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States.

What arrives

Your frame and your print arrive together in one box. You slip the print into the frame yourself, which takes about a minute.

Delivery time

Estimated delivery is 4 to 8 business days from when you approve and place your order. This covers making your custom piece and shipping it to you. These are estimates, not guarantees. When tracking is available, we will share it.

Your address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package cannot be delivered or is returned because of a wrong or undeliverable address, a new order or a reshipping fee may be needed to send it again.

Returns on custom products

Each physical piece is custom-made from your photo, so it cannot be restocked or resold. For that reason, we cannot accept returns or give refunds for:

  • a change of mind
  • a size or frame you selected but later changed your mind about
  • issues caused by the uploaded photo (for example, low quality)
  • a typo or text mistake that was approved before ordering
  • normal differences in the artwork’s style
  • not liking artwork that was made correctly from your approved preview

Showing you a free preview first is how we help you avoid this. You only buy once you already like the result.

If we get it wrong

30-day guarantee. If it arrives damaged or misprinted, we reprint it free.

The same goes for an order that is the wrong item or is confirmed lost in shipping: we remake and reship it at no extra cost.

Email hello@fromaphoto.com within 30 days of delivery. Please include your order number and a few clear photos of the issue so we can help quickly.

Digital products

Digital files cannot be returned or refunded once delivered. File guarantee. If a file will not open or looks wrong, we replace it free. Please download and save your files after purchase.
